The 6th Annual
Cinnamon Bun Fun Run is a charity run to raise funds and food
for the Ladysmith Food Bank.
Entry is by donation
to the Ladysmith Food Bank. Entrants are required to bring at
least 5 non-perishable items.
The Course takes place on the streets of Ladysmith and all
participants are asked to take extra care to obey traffic signs
and to honor the rules of the road. In other words, watch out
for traffic and adjust your predicted time for stop signs and
traffic.
Participants under
the age of 18 must run under the supervision of a
Parent/Guardian.
This is a predicted time walk for 5 kilometers or a predicted
time run with a course of 5 or 10 kilometers - both through
Ladysmith Streets.
No wrist watches or heart monitors are permitted, and
remember this is a fun run for the benefit of the Ladysmith Food
Bank.

For insurance purposes, we respectfully ask that your loveable
dogs remain at home and while we know that this is supposed to
be a fun run, we are sorry to say that our dogs will not be
permitted to be part of the run this year.
For those participants registering
online, please note that there will be no last minute changes
to your submitted predicted time on the day of the event.
